Shop policies

It is every customers responsibility read through all shop policies and listing descriptions to be sure of all information and procedures.

Before placing custom orders please keep in mind that your order is not the only order I may be working on so I ask to allow up to 2 weeks to finish getting supplies / making your order and up to another 2 weeks to ship. I try my best to send out all orders every Monday. 

After orders have shipped I am no longer responsible for what happens to your package if it gets lost or damaged on the way. Double check your shipping address is correct; additionally purchasing insurance on your package may be in your best interest.

The best way to reach out to me about orders and customs is through Email (fishiibones@gmail.com) as messages on other platforms can easily be passed over or lost in my inbox.

  • If there was an accident in ordering (like placing an order for the wrong item) please send me an email within 24 hours for a refund on your item OR the refund will be in the form of shop credit.
  • Items that are returned will only be eligible for store credit that I will provide in the form of a coupon code.

If a product breaks please reach out to me via email and we can discuss repairs and proper procedure depending on how item was broken.
